Jessica McAllister

Head of School (Abuja and Lagos Campus)
Biography:
Mrs. McAllister joined the Lincoln School family from her hometown in Los Angeles, California. As an educator, she has more than 20 years of experience as a teacher, program director, and school director in the United States, South Korea and West Africa for students from pre-school up to 12th grade. She was born and raised in California, and studied Early Childhood Education at Simpson University in Redding, California, and Family Studies at Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, Illinois. She has combined the business and education sectors throughout her career to develop schools to reach their full potential. Her area of expertise is focused around personal and professional development in the education sector with a specific emphasis on teaching and learning design, especially in the fields of science, technology, engineering and math (STEM). She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and a Master's of Education (M. Ed.) in STEM from the American College of Education. She also holds certificates in Education Management from the University of Newcastle in Australia, and Family Engagement in Education from Harvard University. Mrs. McAllister believes strong schools are established with a foundation of diversity and enquiry, in a safe and loving environment, where students are taught how to become life-long learners. Her aim is to lead teachers to produce the next generation of doctors, scientists, lawyers, and engineers.
