How To Apply

Admission Requirements

Application Fee

A non-refundable application fee of $200 per student is needed upon submission of the application form this may be paid in USD (United State Dollar) or NGN (Nigerian Naira). The application will not be processed until the application fee has been paid.

Admission Requirements



  • Payment Confirmation for application form 
  • A copy of the applicant’s birth certificate or a copy of the page in the applicant’s passport on which the date of birth is recorded.
  • A copy of parents’/guardian’s U.S. passport for proof of American Citizenship if available
  • A copy of the parent’s STR Visa or Capac for proof of expatriate assignment if applicant to be considered for enrollment on this basis.
  • Two (2) passport picture each student, parent and two (2) emergency contact with name and signature behind. 
  • Previous School result/Transcript
  • Previous principal’s or teacher’s recommendation letter
  • Child Immunization records/ Physical form.

Academic Records

  • A minimum of two (2) years of the most recent school records where applicable, School reports from non-English speaking schools must be officially translated into English.
  • Students in Pre-K – 5th grades need to complete a confidential “School Report”.
  • Standardized achievement tests and psycho – educational evaluations must be submitted. Failure to disclose these records at the time of application may result in wrong grade placement, academic difficulties and ultimately in a request to withdraw from Abraham Lincoln American Academy.

Admissions will use the information provided, along with other relevant information for your child’s application process.

If any of the required documents are missing, your child’s application will be considered incomplete and will not be processed until all documents have been received.
